Financial education your people can actually trust.

Finance Wellness explains how the Australian money system works — payslips, super, tax, insurance — in plain English, to people who are tired. Organisations license that material and give it to their staff or members for nothing.

No product is ever named. No commission or referral fee is ever taken. That's the reason it can be put in front of your people without anyone asking what's being sold.

Your people are not short of financial content.

They are short of financial content that isn't selling something.

Most of what reaches an employee or a member is produced by someone who benefits from a particular decision — a platform, a lender, an insurer, a fund. Even when it is accurate, it arrives with a motive attached, and people can feel that. So they don't read it. Or they read it, don't quite trust it, and nothing moves.

The underlying problem is rarely a maths problem. It is an information problem wearing a maths problem's clothes. People don't understand the documents that govern their own financial lives, so they stop opening them, and the not-opening turns into a low, constant background stress.

That stress does not stay at home.

WHAT'S IN IT

What you'd actually be giving them.

Finished material, not a content subscription. Everything is written to be used once and completed, rather than kept up with.

The guides

Plain-English explanations of the documents that run a person's financial life — the payslip, the super statement, the tax return, the insurance. Two to four pages each, current for the Australian financial year, with every figure traceable to the ATO, Fair Work, APRA or the legislation and linked at the point it is used.

The worksheets

Fill-in tools that produce something at the end: a super health check, a money anxiety reset, a payslip check that takes sixty seconds a month. Each one is designed to be finished in a single sitting, and each one says upfront how long it will take.

The Quarterly Money Admin Hour

Four sessions a year, a fixed list each time. This is the anti-hustle piece — a complete personal finance rhythm that costs your people four hours annually and asks nothing of them in between.

Live and recorded sessions

[FILL IN — confirm whether workshops are offered from launch or added later.] General and factual, with exactly the same boundaries as the written material.

WHAT'S IN IT

Your branding alongside ours, or ours alone — your call. Supplied as PDFs, print-ready files, or hosted on your own intranet. Licensed annually, and your people keep whatever they download: nothing expires, nothing needs renewing, and there is no login for anyone to remember.

THE BOUNDARIES

The part that is hard to buy anywhere else.

Finance Wellness holds no Australian Financial Services Licence. That is a structural choice, not a gap.

It means we cannot tell anyone what to do with their money — and we don't try to. What we do instead is explain how the system works, carefully, and leave every decision with the person reading.

Three commitments make that real, and they are permanent rather than current:

No product is ever named. Not a fund, not a platform, not a lender, not an insurer, not an app.

No commission or referral fee is ever taken from anyone who sells a financial product or credit.

No personal advice is given — not in the material, not in a session, not in an email. A personal question gets the same answer every time: what the material covers, and where licensed help or free financial counselling sits.

For a super fund, an employer or a union, that is usually the entire procurement conversation. You can hand this to your people and be confident that nobody is being quietly moved toward anything.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who this is usually for.

Employers — As part of a benefits or wellbeing program — alongside an EAP rather than instead of one.

Industry super funds — Member education that carries no conflict, written in language members actually finish.

Unions and professional associations -  A member benefit that costs the member nothing.

Universities and TAFEs — Financial capability material for students and for early-career staff.

Community organisations and not-for-profits- Plain-English material for programs already funded to deliver financial wellbeing, where the delivery material has to be written from scratch every time.

If you are none of these and it still sounds useful, say so in the form — the list is a description, not a policy.

What this isn't.

NOT THIS
It isn't financial advice.

Finance Wellness does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide personal financial product advice.

NOT THIS
It isn't a counselling or crisis service.

Where someone is in financial difficulty, every piece of material points to the National Debt Helpline — 1800 007 007 — which is free, independent and confidential.

NOT THIS
It isn't a platform.

No login, no dashboard, no seats to provision, nothing for your team to administer.

NOT THIS
It isn't a data arrangement.

We don't want your people's contact details and licensing does not involve receiving them.

THE PROCESS

How this usually goes.

One
You tell us the shape of it

How many people, what kind of organisation, and what you are trying to solve.

Two
We send the one-pager

What is included, what it costs, and what it does not do. Usually within a week. Everything here runs at a deliberate pace, and this is no exception.

Three
You take it to whoever needs to approve it

It is written to be forwarded rather than pitched from.

GET IN TOUCH

Ask for the one-pager.

Tell us a little about your organisation and we'll come back with what's included, what it costs, and what it doesn't do.

The boundaries. Finance Wellness provides general financial education only. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence, we do not provide personal financial product advice, and nothing in this material takes into account any individual's objectives, financial situation or needs.

Nothing we produce is a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any financial product. We take no commissions and no referral fees, and no financial product is sold or promoted in any of it.

Figures are current for the 2026–27 Australian financial year unless stated otherwise. For advice about an individual's circumstances, they should speak to a licensed financial adviser or a registered tax agent. If someone is in financial difficulty, the National Debt Helpline — 1800 007 007 — is free and independent.
