There's a real person at the other end of this, and messages do get read. Just not instantly — which is the whole premise of the place.

Before you write

Three things worth knowing, so you get a useful reply rather than a disappointing one.

We can't answer questions about your personal situation. Not reluctance — law. Finance Wellness doesn't hold an Australian Financial Services Licence, which means we can't tell you what to do about your super, your mortgage, your insurance or your tax. If you send us your numbers and ask what you should do, the honest answer will be a polite no and a suggestion to speak to a licensed adviser or a registered tax agent.

We can absolutely take a topic request. "I don't understand X and nobody explains it properly" is the single most useful email you can send. A good portion of what gets published starts as one of these.

Replies take about a week. Sometimes two. Everything here runs at a deliberate pace, and inbox response times are part of that rather than an exception to it.
